2. How to obtain privacy information

With the consent of the user, our company will obtain the latitude and longitude based on the GPS of the device through the functions of this application as the location information defined in paragraph 1. Other user information will be automatically obtained as defined in paragraph 1 through the information collection module built into this application.

3. External transmission, provision to third parties, and information collection module

（１）External transmission
The acquired user information will be transmitted only to the server of the company (Google LLC) to which we entrust the management of the information, within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use set out in paragraph 1, and the information will not be retained or managed by our company.

（２）Provision to third parties
We will not provide or disclose user information to third parties except in the following cases:
①　When disclosure or provision is required by law
②　When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent
③　When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, local government, or a person commissioned by them to carry out legally required duties, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent

6. Changes to this Policy

The Company may change this Policy from time to time at its discretion. In such cases, the revised Policy shall apply from the effective date separately determined by the Company. However, if there are any changes to the User Information acquired, the purpose of use, or provision to third parties, the Company will notify the User on the App or the Company's website, and will obtain consent from the User again the first time the App is launched after the Policy has been changed.
